About Us

About Us

At JET Development, we focus on one thing - working with small Texas municipalities and Special Utility Districts to secure and manage grant funds.

Since 2009, we have successfully secured and managed over $45 million in grant funds. We provide a variety of services ranging from finding grant funding sources for projects, to grant applications, progress reporting and compliance monitoring. We also specialize in working with non-entitlement communities in securing and managing Community Development Block Grant (TXCDBG) funds through the Texas Department of Agriculture, as well as Disaster Funding through the Texas General Land Office (GLO).

MUNICIPALITIES

Whether you’re a small town, suburb, or urban community, JET has the expertise to help you find grant-funding resources and maintain compliance with extensive government grant regulations. Our knowledge and experience will assist you in researching and pinpointing appropriate funding opportunities, developing grant applications in response to complex government guidelines, while maintaining compliance with funder guidelines, regulations and laws. It doesn’t matter if your project focuses on energy efficiency, historic preservation, or community/economic development, we provide the resources to support programs and services that benefit the public.
